1. Voucher Redemptions

Promotional codes, discount vouchers, and coupon configurations provided by SLGURU.LK are subject to specific campaign rules. By applying a code during checkout, you agree to these validation constraints.

2. General Usage Constraints

• Single Use Limitations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each issued coupon code can only be used once per customer account or delivery profile.
• Non-Transferable: Coupons hold no real cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency assets, and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or automated cart discounts.
• Minimum Order Adjustments: Certain discount codes require a specific subtotal milestone (excluding the flat Rs. 350.00 shipping fee) before the deduction can be calculated.

3. Expiration & Cancellations

All dynamic vouchers feature a strict promotional timeline window. Coupons used after their specified expiration dates will automatically be rejected by our cart management system. SLGURU.LK reserves the absolute right to modify, pause, or suspend any active coupon campaign codes without notice if system abuse or exploit loops are found.
