3. Order Processing & Verification

• COD Commitments: When opting for Cash on Delivery (COD), buyers are legally expected to pay our courier partner in full upon delivery. Avoid ordering items if you are unable to fulfill the payment obligation.
• Gateway Transactions: For online transactions managed via PayHere, your order status updates to active once the bank confirms successful fund transfer verification metrics.
